the hotel is a bit away from the city center, giving a peaceful atmosphere. i appreciated the excellent service . i easily secured last-minute tickets to the anne frank house. i also received a complimentary skip-the-line pass for the van gogh museum (very useful).

Housekeeping could have been more attentive. I needed to request shampoo and body wash, as they were initially missing from my room.

i enjoyed the complimentary lounge located on the 22nd floor it was great for unwinding i found the breakfast served in la camelia lovely it kickstarted my day the refreshing towel and chocolate at check-in were also a delicious touch i thought this was a great touch.

i had to call three times during the day to get my laundry picked up that took some time then they informed me it would take an extra day to clean it this was problematic as i was running short on time.
