the hotel is a bit away from the city center, giving a peaceful atmosphere. i appreciated the excellent service . i easily secured last-minute tickets to the anne frank house. i also received a complimentary skip-the-line pass for the van gogh museum (very useful).
Housekeeping could have been more attentive. I needed to request shampoo and body wash, as they were initially missing from my room.

fantastic stay
complimentary lounge delicious touch refreshing towel
i enjoyed the complimentary lounge located on the 22nd floor it was great for unwinding i found the breakfast served in la camelia lovely it kickstarted my day the refreshing towel and chocolate at check-in were also a delicious touch i thought this was a great touch.
i had to call three times during the day to get my laundry picked up that took some time then they informed me it would take an extra day to clean it this was problematic as i was running short on time.

the hotel's location provided easy access to major attractions using public transportation it was also close to the rai convention center this made attending events very convenient. nearby neighborhoods offered diverse dining options and cultural experiences

high deposit faulty air conditioning
The location proved convenient with easy access to transportation.
My visit had some serious issues. A significant deposit was required. The air conditioning barely functioned. The staff suggested opening the windows, not ideal.
